Using Scanvane

You may use Scanvane to create QR codes for lawful purposes. You’re responsible for the content your codes link to.

Acceptable use

Don’t use dynamic codes to link to phishing, malware, scams, illegal content, or anything that impersonates another person or organization. We may disable codes that violate these rules without notice and may close the associated account.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non‑refundable, but contact us if something went wrong and we’ll make it right.

When a plan ends or changes

Each plan allows a set number of live dynamic codes. If you downgrade or cancel and have more live codes than your new plan allows, your oldest codes stay live up to the limit and the rest are paused. Paused codes are never deleted: you may pause a live code at any time to resume a different one, and when you renew or upgrade, codes paused this way switch back on automatically. Codes you delete, pause yourself, or that are disabled for abuse do not redirect.

Availability

We work hard to keep Scanvane fast and online, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Scanvane means you accept the updated terms.
